Goal
The Special Interest Group on Innovative Software (SIGIS) aims to develop a software innovation culture at the Department of Computer Science so that students can learn via alternative learning opportunities, and to promote the establishment of a dynamic learning community involving students, faculties via informal discussion, interaction and activities on issues related to innovation on software.
Format of the SIGIS
The SIGIS will focus on the latest and hottest topics in software technologies, organize hands-on workshops/seminars for students to learn, and meetings/gatherings for students to interact and share experience (findings and problems) and showcase their works.
Main Target
All COMP undergraduates, postgraduates and staff.
